Job Title: Senior Trainer - Generative AI, Python & Machine Learning

Gram Infotech is seeking a

Subject Matter Expert (SME)

in Generative AI and Data Science. We need a trainer who can bridge the gap between traditional Machine Learning and modern GenAI, teaching students how to build and deploy AI models from scratch using Python.

Technical Expertise Required (Must Have)

1. Python Programming:

Advanced Python (Object-Oriented Programming, Decorators, Generators). Libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn.

2. Machine Learning & Deep Learning:

Supervised & Unsupervised Learning algorithms. Neural Networks using

TensorFlow

or

PyTorch

. Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.

3. Generative AI (Expert Level):

LLMs:

Working with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and Llama Index.

RAG Framework:

Teaching Retrieval-Augmented Generation for custom data.

Fine-tuning:

Knowledge of fine-tuning open-source models (Hugging Face).

Prompt Engineering:

Advanced techniques for developers.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering high-end technical training on Python, ML, and GenAI. Guiding students through end-to-end projects (e.g., Building a custom Chatbot or Predictive Model). Developing a curriculum that covers everything from "Python Basics" to "Deploying AI Models." Conducting code reviews and technical assessments.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years in AI/ML development or training.

Tech Stack:

Python, SQL, Git, API Integration, and Cloud (AWS/Azure) basics.

Soft Skills:

Ability to break down complex mathematical concepts into easy-to-understand logic.
