About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst with 3+ years of hands-on experience to strengthen our performance, analytics, and growth marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO, AI-driven optimization (AIO), GEO strategies, and marketing analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
What you will do:
Own and manage SEO performance across websites, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
Implement and optimize AIO (AI Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search and discovery platforms
Track, analyze, and report website and campaign performance using GA4
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and Power BI for traffic, and funnel performance
Perform data analysis to identify growth opportunities, drop-offs, and optimization areas
Work closely with Product, content, website teams to drive performance improvements
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
Ensure accurate tracking through analytics setups and event implementations
