Role Overview
As a
Digital Marketing Executive
, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with our marketing and academic teams to promote courses, increase online visibility, and generate quality leads for admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote the institute's courses and services.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to design effective strategies.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow the institute's presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Create engaging content, reels, and videos to increase followers and engagement.
Schedule and monitor posts, replies, and community interactions.
SEO & Website Optimization
Optimize the website for higher search engine rankings using on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Perform keyword research and implement content strategies to improve organic visibility.
Collaborate with the web development team to improve UI/UX and site performance.
Paid Advertising
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
Monitor ROI and optimize campaigns to maximize leads and conversions.
Content Marketing
Work with the content team to create blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Generate creative ideas for infographics, videos, and study-related marketing materials.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on KPIs and suggest improvements.
Collaboration & Innovation
Coordinate with academic counselors, faculty members, and creative teams to align marketing strategies.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or related field.
0-3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers passionate about digital marketing are welcome).
Strong knowledge of:
SEO, SEM, and Google Ads
Social media marketing and content creation
Email marketing and lead generation
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Social Media Marketing (added advantage).
Basic video editing and Canva/Photoshop designing skills.
Prior experience in the
education or coaching industry
is a plus.
