Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Reply to customer reviews, comments, and messages across all social media

platforms promptly and professionally.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a polite, helpful, and informative manner. Monitor all social media accounts, pages, and groups regularly to stay updated on

interactions and trends.

Manage and maintain brand pages on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other major platforms.

Identify and explore new social media channels and promotional opportunities. Plan and execute both paid and organic social media campaigns to increase

engagement and reach.

Create and manage YouTube videos, shorts, and thumbnails that align with brand tone and design standards.

Track performance metrics and engagement analytics to suggest improvements for

better results.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media pages for a brand or business. Strong understanding of current social media trends, hashtags, and engagement

strategies.

Strong knowledge of running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Telugu and English.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.

Basic knowledge of design or video editing tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,786.28 per month

Work Location: In person
