Position Overview:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven

Digital Marketing Analyst

to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing performance across multiple channels, providing actionable insights, and driving data-backed strategies to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with digital analytics tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms to track KPIs and campaign ROI. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Create insightful dashboards and regular reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting trends, campaign effectiveness, and improvement areas. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to recommend optimization strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and user experience. Measure A/B test results and assess their impact on conversion rates and user engagement. Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths to improve lead generation and customer acquisition. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics. Support in budget tracking and ensure marketing spend aligns with campaign performance goals.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role. Strong proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Excel. Hands-on experience with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic tools. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent communication skills to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills:



Advanced data analysis and visualization capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Strong attention to detail with a data accuracy mindset. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
