Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels to support brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.?

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising to achieve traffic and lead targets.? Manage the company's day-to-day presence on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube), including content planning, posting, and community engagement.? Set up and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, including keyword selection, ad copy, A/B testing, and bid optimization.? Support SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, basic technical checks, and link-building coordination to improve organic rankings and traffic.? Create, proofread, and edit digital content (blogs, landing pages, emailers, social posts, ad copies) aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.? Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including list segmentation, automation journeys, A/B tests, and performance tracking.? Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards, and recommend data-driven improvements.? Coordinate with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaign messaging, creatives, and landing pages are consistent and conversion-focused.? Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices, and suggest innovative ideas to enhance performance.? Support website management activities such as updating content, basic CMS edits, and UX-related improvement suggestions.?
Required qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.? Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in [your industry, e.g., SaaS, e?commerce, B2B services].? Strong understanding of core

digital

marketing concepts, including customer funnels, campaign objectives, and key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, etc.).? Hands-on experience with: Google Ads and/or other PPC platforms.? Social media management and advertising tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).? SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, basic use of SEMrush/Ahrefs/Ubersuggest).? Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.? Good content writing and editing skills for digital channels, with basic understanding of on-page SEO for content.? Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into actionable optimizations.? Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder coordination skills.? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.?
Preferred / nice-to-have

Experience with marketing automation and email tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns).? Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating or editing creatives.? Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar digital marketing programs.? Prior experience in performance marketing or lead generation campaigns for Indian markets, including familiarity with CPL and ROI benchmarks
