Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Content Creation:
- Support the creation of engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, email newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
- Assist with graphic design tasks for digital marketing materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Email Marketing:
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and analysing campaign performance.
- SEO and SEM:
- Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Assist with the management of PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
- Google Ads:
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform ad strategies.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting bids and strategies as needed to maximise ROI.
- WhatsApp Marketing:
- Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage with customers and drive sales.
- Manage customer interactions on WhatsApp, providing timely responses and support.
- Analyze the effectiveness of WhatsApp marketing efforts and report on key metrics.
