What You Will Do
Build dashboards and track performance across YouTube, Instagram, X, and podcasts.
Optimize titles, thumbnails, metadata, and timing for every upload.
Run A/B tests and growth experiments.
Support paid campaigns and collaborations with data insights.
Spot trends, analyze audience behavior, and surface new content opportunities.
Maintain clean analytics systems and ensure all growth activity stays brand-safe.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's in Marketing, Media, Statistics, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus but not required).
Proven track record in YouTube SEO, analytics and A/B testing.
Experience running or optimizing performance campaigns is a plus.
Preferred Experience
2-5 years of experience
in digital marketing or audience growth for a media, creator or publisher brand.
Tools: YouTube Studio & Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio/Looker, Google Ads, Meta Ads, VidIQ/Tubebuddy, Excel/Sheets (pivot, vlookup), basic Canva/Figma.
Skills: Data analysis, experimentation, copy optimization, basic SQL (nice-to-have), Marathi/Hinglish copy sense, presentation & stakeholder communication.
