We're seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst who combines creative thinking with data planning, executing, and measuring SEO, paid media, social, and CMS initiatives to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle multiple digital marketing projects with clear timelines and outcomes.
Collaborate with design, content, and sales to launch campaigns and landing pages.
Guide the team in implementing day-to-day marketing activities and best practices.
Create/review content briefs, on-page copy, and ad creatives.
Manage and update websites using a CMS (e.g., WordPress/Webflow).
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Track performance in GA4: define KPIs, set up events/conversions, and build simple dashboards.
Maintain stakeholder (customer) communication for updates, reports, and feedback.
Work within Agile/Scrum rituals (standups, sprint planning, retros) to prioritize and ship work.
