Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
*Manage social media pages: content posting, engagement, and growth.
*Create and optimize ad campaigns to achieve lead generation and branding goals.
*Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/SEM activities to improve website ranking.
*Coordinate with design and content teams to develop creatives, videos, and promotional materials.
*Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
*Manage website updates, landing pages, and analytics tools.
*Handle email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp promotions.
*Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
*Proven experience in running social media and Google ad campaigns.
*Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
*Good knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, and content creation.
*Strong communication skills (English & Kannada preferred).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation.
Experience in e-commerce promotions.
Creativity in content ideas and design.
