Job Description


: As a Digital Marketing Analyst at Venpep Solutions, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns and strategies. Your primary goal will be to enhance our online presence, drive website traffic, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute digital initiatives that align with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and other relevant channels. Content Creation : Create engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and more. Paid Advertising : Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising channels. Social Media Management : Create, curate, and schedule content for social media platforms, engage with the audience, and analyze performance metrics. SEM Management : Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to improve online visibility, lead generation, and ROI. SMM Strategy : Develop, implement, and manage social media marketing strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Email Marketing : Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segment the audience, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide regular reports and insights to management. Competitor Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adapt and refine our digital marketing strategies. Conversion Optimization : Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve website conversions and user experience. Budget Management : Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve set KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and analytics tools. Strong understanding of SEM, social media advertising, and content marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) is a plus.
