As a digital marketing team leader, your responsibilities include:

Lead and oversee the overall digital marketing strategy - including Google Search, Display, YouTube and Facebook ads. Manage a team of digital and social media marketers and ensure KPIs are met. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Monitor, analyze and act on data to drive conversion improvements across all aspects - from channel optimization, to marketing messaging and conversion rate optimization. Provide digital marketing training and coaching to team members as needed. Deep dive into organization's business and explore creative ways to help stand out from the competition. Provide campaign insights and recommendations to the agency stakeholders. Participate in brainstorming sessions as needed to generate marketing ideas. Maintain monthly reports on digital marketing portfolio, allocate budgets to different channel and assess performance with Key Performance Indicators. Growing the Digital Marketing team - both in terms of hiring and skills development.
To be a successful applicant for this role, you have:

Proven work experience as a digital marketing team leader. Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function. Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices. Hands on experience with Google & Facebook Ads, Copywriting, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and relevant ad tech software. Excellent analytical and project management skills. Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skill.
Ideal candidate should have the following:

Degree in business, marketing or technology. At least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing & analytics. Clear communication skills, fluency in English is a must. Must have strong web analytics experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
