Silent Infotech is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Agency / App Growth Partner to execute a 360 digital marketing strategy for promoting our mobile application across global markets.
The primary objective of this engagement is to scale app installs to 10 lakh (1 million) downloads within 3-4 months, while maintaining quality users, engagement, and measurable ROI.
We are looking for a strategic partner--not just an execution agency--who can take complete ownership of planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across all relevant digital channels.
Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Planning
Design a full-funnel app growth strategy (Awareness Install ActivationRetention)
Define clear KPIs, benchmarks, CAC targets, and download projections
Identify high-potential geographies, platforms, and audience segments
Plan aggressive yet sustainable scaling strategies
2. Paid Acquisition (Core Focus)
Execute and optimize high-volume app install campaigns across:
Google App Campaigns (UAC)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Apple Search Ads (if applicable)
Other relevant paid channels (TikTok, DSPs, etc.)
Continuous A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
Optimize CPI, CPA, and post-install events
3. Creative & Messaging Strategy
Develop high-performing ad creatives:
Videos, static banners, short-form reels
App store-focused creatives
Craft compelling ad copy aligned with app value propositions
Work closely with our internal team to align branding and messaging
4. App Store Optimization (ASO)
Keyword research and optimization for Google Play & App Store
Improve conversion rates from store listing to installs
A/B testing of icons, screenshots, descriptions, and videos
5. Organic & Influencer Growth (Support Channel)
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns (micro & macro influencers)
Drive organic installs through content-led strategies
Support social media growth with performance-backed content
6. Analytics, Tracking & Optimization
Set up and manage tracking using:
Firebase / GA4
App attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
Monitor install quality, retention, cohorts, and LTV
Weekly performance reviews and rapid optimization cycles
7. Reporting & Communication
Share weekly performance reports with actionable insights
Transparent reporting on spend, installs, CPI, and ROI
Proactively suggest scaling or corrective actions
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience scaling mobile apps to high-volume installs (100K+ / 1M+)
Strong expertise in performance marketing for mobile apps
Hands-on experience with Google UAC, Meta Ads, and app attribution tools
Ability to manage high ad budgets with accountability
Strong creative testing and optimization mindset
Data-driven decision-making approach
Experience working with SaaS, AI apps, or consumer tech products is a plus
