Role Overview

You will be responsible for planning, running and optimising paid campaigns on

Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

and other channels. Your main goal will be to

generate quality leads and sales

at a profitable cost.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and set up campaigns on

Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)

Run and optimise

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

for lead generation and sales Do

keyword research

, audience targeting and competitor analysis Write

ad copies

, select creatives and suggest landing page improvements Track and optimise

CPC, CTR, conversions, CPA and ROAS

Set up and manage

conversion tracking

(GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, events) Create weekly and monthly

performance reports

with clear insights and action points Work closely with the management team to align campaigns with business goals
Requirements

2-5 years

of experience in digital marketing with strong focus on

paid ads

Hands-on experience in

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

(must) Good understanding of

GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console

Strong skills in

lead generation

and

eCommerce / service-based campaigns

Ability to read numbers and take

data-driven decisions

Good written and spoken English Self-driven, responsible and comfortable working with targets & deadlines
Good to Have

Experience with

LinkedIn Ads

or other platforms Basic knowledge of

landing page optimisation / CRO

Experience working with

international clients

Pay: ?20,832.89 - ?44,005.43 per month
