Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
Conduct audience research, create targeting strategies, and manage ad budgets.
Write compelling ad copy, design creative assets (in collaboration or independently), and implement A/B testing to improve performance.
Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align ad strategy with broader marketing goals.
Stay updated with paid media trends, platform changes, and emerging tools to continuously improve campaign performance.
Requirements
1-3 years of hands-on experience
in paid advertising on LinkedIn and Meta platforms.
Strong understanding of ad platforms: campaign setup, budgeting, bidding strategies, targeting, optimisation.
Excellent written communication skills for ad copy and creative collaboration.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and drive optimisation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager dashboards) is a plus.
