Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client relationships with IT sector customers.

Upsell and cross-sell digital services including Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and paid social campaigns.
Prepare proposals, performance reports, and presentations for clients.

Address client queries and provide proactive support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
2+ years experience in account management or client servicing in digital marketing or IT sales.
Good understanding of Google Ads and paid digital marketing platforms.
Strong communication, client management, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
Proficient with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
