Key Responsibilities1. Content & Curriculum Development
Create and structure Digital Marketing course content using:
Industry experience
Practical use cases
AI tools for content creation and optimisation
Design:
Module-wise lesson plans
Assignments and hands-on exercises
Live project frameworks
Continuously update content based on:
Industry trends
Platform changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
2. Training & Classroom Delivery
Deliver classroom training for Digital Marketing programs
Teach concepts in a
simple, practical, and outcome-focused manner
Use real-world examples, tools, and case studies
Ensure students gain
hands-on exposure
, not just theory
3. Student Skill & Portfolio Development
Guide students in:
Building practical portfolios
Creating campaign case studies
Understanding real-world Digital Marketing roles
Support mock interviews and skill evaluations (no placement guarantees)
4. Academic Support (Non-Sales)
Work with the Center Head to:
Explain course structure and outcomes
Align curriculum with student expectations
No sales targets or counselling responsibility
Required Experience & SkillsMust-Have
5+ years of hands-on experience
in Digital Marketing
(Agency, in-house, or freelance)
Strong working knowledge of:
Google Ads & Meta Ads
SEO fundamentals
Google Analytics (GA4)
Social Media & Content Marketing
Landing pages & funnels
Comfortable using
AI tools
(ChatGPT, Canva, automation tools) for:
Content creation
Teaching support
Good communication and presentation skills
Good-to-Have
Prior experience as:
Trainer / mentor
Internal team lead
Guest faculty or workshop trainer
Exposure to education or training environments
