Role Overview

We are looking for a

creative and result-driven Digital Marketer

who understands the basics of

social media-based marketing

and can

conceptualize, execute, and lead impactful digital campaigns

aligned with SkillSonics' B2B and skill development objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor

digital marketing campaigns

across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Develop and manage

content calendars

, campaign creatives, and promotional strategies Lead end-to-end

social media campaigns

for training programs, CSR projects, and institutional partnerships Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare

performance reports

Optimize reach, engagement, and lead generation through organic and basic paid promotions Support branding initiatives and improve SkillSonics' digital presence across platforms
Preferred Candidate Profile

Working knowledge of

social media marketing fundamentals

Ability to

lead and manage digital campaigns independently

Understanding of

B2B marketing

(preferred) Basic knowledge of digital analytics and performance tracking Strong communication, creativity, and campaign planning skills Experience in education, skilling, training, CSR, or corporate learning domains is an advantage
