We are looking for a creative and data-driven

Digital Marketer

to manage our online presence, create impactful content, execute marketing campaigns across channels, and analyze performance to drive business growth. This role combines

content planning

with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:



Content Planning & Writing

Plan, create, and manage engaging content (posts, blogs, newsletters, creatives) aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. Write clear, compelling copy for social media, website, and email campaigns.

Social Media Management

Manage and grow presence across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube). Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into campaigns.

Digital Campaign Execution

Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social ads, Google Ads, email marketing). Execute and track performance marketing activities across channels.

Strategy & Analysis

Develop digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions. Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI) and prepare regular reports.

Email Marketing

Build and manage email campaigns (newsletters, promotional campaigns, drip campaigns). Maintain email lists, test subject lines/content, and measure open & click-through rates.

Website & SEO (Basic)

Update and maintain website content using CMS tools. Ensure basic SEO best practices are implemented.

Trend Analysis & Research

Track industry trends, competitors' activities, and emerging platforms to identify new growth opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to execute campaigns seamlessly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. 1-4 years' experience in digital marketing.

Excellent content writing and copywriting skills (most important).

Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools. Basic understanding of website CMS & SEO. Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing tools. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
