Job Description

We are seeking a

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

who can drive online outreach, manage paid and organic campaigns, and generate high-quality leads through multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable with performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities



Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns for maximum ROI Manage social media presence and content distribution Generate qualified leads through paid ads, email marketing, landing pages, and social platforms Conduct keyword research and optimize website/landing pages for SEO Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, and other tools Maintain CRM entries and track lead quality and conversion metrics Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead nurturing processes Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong understanding of

digital marketing fundamentals

Experience with

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools

Knowledge of funnel building, lead magnets, and landing page optimization Basic understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) Good written communication and analytical skills Ability to manage budgets and deliver performance-focused results Preferred: Experience in

EdTech

, lead generation, or education-related campaigns
