About the Role
As a
Digital Marketer
, you'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You'll collaborate with our creative, content, and technical teams to ensure every campaign delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
digital marketing strategies
across platforms like
Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others
.
Manage and optimize
paid ad campaigns (PPC, social ads, remarketing, etc.)
to maximize ROI.
Develop and implement
SEO and SEM
strategies to improve organic visibility.
Plan and run
email marketing
and
automation campaigns
using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or GoHighLevel.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like
Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio
, and prepare performance reports.
Work with the design and content teams to create engaging ad copies, landing pages, and social media content.
Manage
social media marketing
, including planning calendars, posting, and community engagement.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new technologies to ensure best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years
of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
Proven expertise in
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
.
Strong knowledge of
SEO
, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
Experience with
marketing automation tools
(GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar).
Familiarity with
Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
Excellent understanding of
social media strategy
and audience targeting.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
A creative mindset with a focus on performance and results.
Bonus Skills
Experience with
LinkedIn Ads

Knowledge of
