PhotonX Technologies builds high-performance digital products and platforms for global clients. We're strengthening our B2B SaaS brand and growth engine and looking for a hands-on marketer who can turn strategy into pipeline.
Job Overview
You'll execute full-funnel marketing for our SaaS products--owning campaigns across SEO, content, paid, social, email, and webinars--while helping shape positioning and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Design.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Messaging:
Translate ICP pain points into clear messaging for pages, ads, and assets.
Campaigns & Demand Gen:
Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (SEO+content+paid+email+webinars) aimed at qualified pipeline.
ABM Support:
Build target lists with Sales/SDRs; run LinkedIn ads, sequences, and personalized landing pages.
Content Engine:
Create/coordinate blogs, case studies, one-pagers, and landing pages; brief designers and SMEs.
Own landing pages, forms, and lead flows; run A/B tests to lift conversion rates.
Lifecycle:
Build nurture journeys, newsletters, and product update mails; define MQL criteria with Sales.
Analytics & Ops:
Maintain clean attribution and reporting in
GA4 + CRM/automation
; present weekly insights.
Required Skills
2-6 years
in
B2B SaaS
digital marketing with measurable pipeline impact.
Working knowledge of
SEO & content

Hands-on with
GA4, GSC, GTM
, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and a marketing automation tool (
HubSpot/Marketo
) plus a CRM (

).
Strong copy skills; comfortable creating briefs and collaborating in
Figma/Canva
.
Analytical mindset: builds dashboards, reads funnels, and recommends next actions.
Excellent communication; partners well with Sales and Product.
Bonus Skills
Experience in
US/EMEA
markets or
PLG
environments.
Webinar programs, partner marketing, events.
Product analytics (Mixpanel/Amplitude), session tools (Hotjar/Clarity).
Basic HTML/CSS for landing tweaks; basic SQL is a plus.
