across Meta, Google, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Execute

Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)

for lead generation Manage client

social media pages

and monthly content calendars Coordinate with

design team

for creatives & reels Monitor

daily ad performance

and optimize CPL & reach Track and update

leads in Excel / CRM

Support

Google Ads

(Search / Display / YouTube - basic level) Prepare

weekly & monthly performance reports

for clients Assist sales team with

lead insights & follow-up support

Required Skills

Basic hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager

Knowledge of

lead-based campaigns

Social media management (Instagram, Facebook) Basic Excel & reporting Clear communication (Tamil & English)
Tools Used

Meta Business Suite Google Ads Canva Excel / Google Sheets WhatsApp Business / CRM
KPIs

Cost Per Lead (CPL) Lead Quality & Volume Ad Performance & Optimization Timely Reporting & Coordination
