Employment Type: Full-Time (3-month probation, 1-year mandatory after)

Role Overview

This vital position manages both digital marketing execution and

in-house/team operations. The Digital Marketer & Team/Operations Manager

drives performance for clients, leads campaign delivery, coordinates the flow of

work across teams, and maintains lasting client relationships.!

Key Responsibilities

? Plan, launch, and monitor digital marketing and ad campaigns across

platforms

? Serve as primary client point-of-contact: schedule calls, meetings, shoots,

and plan deliverables

? Own the social media content calendar in partnership with the content

manager

? Track and report current project progress; identify and troubleshoot

what's working or not

? Source/oversee outsourcing models, vendors, and locations as needed

? Manage and mentor the internal team, ensuring schedules are met and

output is top quality

? Lead daily team huddles and weekly achievement meetings

? Gather, analyze, and present performance data to leadership and clients

? Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to new business

opportunities

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant

experience

? Proven 2+ years' experience in digital marketing, project, or team

management

? Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, tools, performance analytics

? Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills

? Excellent client service and internal communications abilities

? Experience in campaign/project reporting and managing multiple

priorities

Compensation & Work Details

? Probation Period: 3 months at ?18,000/month

? Post-probation: 20% salary increment, minimum 1-year commitment

? Office Hours: 9:30 AM-7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

? Required: Laptop for daily work, NDA, and documentation on joining (Any

Original Education Certificate should be submitted before joining )

? Salary paid by the 7th each month
