Key Responsibilities:


SEO Strategy & Implementation:


Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve

organic search rankings and drive traffic.


Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.


Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics,

SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.


Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.


Performance Marketing:


Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms

(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).


Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report on campaign ROI.


Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements

for better performance.


Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create

high-performing digital assets.


E-Commerce Platform Management:


List and optimize products on major e-commerce platforms including Amazon,

Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio.


Develop and implement advertising strategies on these platforms to maximize

product visibility and sales.


Monitor and analyze performance data from these platforms to make data-driven

decisions.


Stay informed about platform-specific updates, guidelines, and best practices.


Data Analysis & Reporting:


Analyze website and campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.


Prepare regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to improve

digital marketing efforts.


Utilize data to inform and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.


Collaboration & Communication:


Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure

cohesive digital marketing efforts.


Communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and

management.

Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.


2-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO and performance

marketing.


Proven experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).


Strong knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).


Experience with product listing and advertising on e-commerce platforms like Amazon,

Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and Ajio.


Proficient in data analysis and reporting.


Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams.


A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry

trends.

Preferred Qualifications:


Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications.


Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).


Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO.
