Key Responsibilities:
Plan, run & optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Display & Retargeting.
Manage budgets, bidding strategies, daily campaign optimization, and A/B testing.
Track KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and deliver measurable ROI.
Develop landing pages, ad copies, and creative briefs to improve conversions.
Execute full-funnel paid strategies for awareness, acquisition & remarketing.
Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Experience in handling social accounts
Plan and execute content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for platforms like

Grow followers, engagement, and reach organically.
Manage social media ad campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Monitor analytics and provide performance insights & improvements.

Improve on-page SEO (Meta tags, headings, and internal links, content).
Perform technical SEO audits (indexing, site speed, and mobile-friendliness).
Build and implement link-building & outreach strategies.
Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and overall website performance.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
SEO tool expertise:
Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4
.
Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data & make data-driven decisions.
Excellent understanding of content creation, copywriting, and brand communication.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-6 years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing for e-commerce
.
Proven track record of managing large monthly ad spends and delivering strong ROI.
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of
Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Affiliate Marketing
.
Experience with
Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Shopify or Magento
.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
Familiarity with
CRO tools
(Hotjar, VWO, Optimizely) and
email automation/CRM platforms
(Klaviyo, HubSpot).
