Job Summary:
As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across
various online channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate with cross functional
teams to create compelling digital strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Identify target audiences and create plans to reach and engage them effectively.
2. Social Media Management:
Manage and grow social media accounts.
Create and curate engaging content for various platforms.
Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to stay relevant.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Optimize website content and structure for search engines.
Conduct keyword research and analysis.
Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
4. Content Marketing:
Develop and execute content marketing plans.
Create and optimize content for various online channels (blog posts, articles, videos, etc.).
Collaborate with other teams to ensure content aligns with marketing goals.
5. Email Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
Manage subscriber lists and segmentation.
Analyse email performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
6. Paid Advertising:
Create and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.
Budget management for paid campaigns.
7. Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to track and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to measure ROI and effectiveness.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven decisions.
8. Website Management:
Ensure the company website is optimized for user experience and conversions.
Collaborate with web developers to implement necessary changes.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and user behavior.
9. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and content teams.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation.
