Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, emails, and website
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Perform SEO/SEM activities to improve website traffic and search ranking
Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.)
Conduct market research to identify trends and audience insights
Improve brand awareness and online presence
Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to support business objectives
Report weekly/monthly performance metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels & tools
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and SEO tools
Knowledge of social media management
Basic understanding of Canva or design tools is a plus
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data
Excellent communication and creativity
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field (preferred)
Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot) is a plus
