Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote a company's products, services, and brand. They are responsible for utilizing various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, generate leads, and achieve marketing objectives. The Digital Marketing Executive should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, stay updated with the latest industry trends, and have excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engines, to achieve business objectives and targets.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools to identify areas of improvement and optimize strategies for better results.
Create and manage engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to increase brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance the overall online presence.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including the creation of compelling email newsletters, automation workflows, and customer segmentation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create digital content, such as blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, etc., to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand awareness.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies.
Monitor and manage the company's online reputation by proactively responding to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries across various digital platforms.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices.
Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
