Job Title: Digital Marketer (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

Location: Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur (On-site)

Full-time Experience: 2-5 years

About the role:
? Hoora Technologies is seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to manage and optimize our performance marketing efforts across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable ROI and reducing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
? Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta and Google.
? Achieve and maintain a 5-6x ROI/ROAS.
? Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
? Oversee creative testing, ad copy performance, and funnel optimization.
? Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements:
? Proven record of delivering 5-6x ROI/ROAS
? Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ad
? 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/eCommerce preferred)
? Strong understanding of ad content and copywriting principles
? Prior experience in team leadership
? Managed Ads Budget = min 2 lacs/month

Working Hours:
? Monday to Saturday (6Days) - 10AM to 7PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
