LurnEx Skilltech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketer with a focus on Performance Marketing. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across digital platforms, create compelling content and visuals, develop concepts and scripts, and drive measurable leads, conversions, and ROI while enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Conduct SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
Create posters, visuals, and graphics for campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Prepare content, captions, and concepts tailored to performance campaigns.
Develop scripts for videos, reels, and promotional content.
Build and execute digital marketing strategies focused on measurable results.
Analyze campaign performance and strategies to optimize ROI and engagement.
Manage and grow social media presence while ensuring brand consistency.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of SEO, paid campaigns, social media marketing, and content creation.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media management tools.
Creative mindset to develop engaging content, captions, concepts, and scripts.
Analytical skills to monitor campaigns, measure performance, and optimize strategies.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects efficiently.
