The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to promote our distance education programs. The role requires strong knowledge of digital channels, lead generation, student acquisition strategies, and brand building for the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase student enrollments.
Plan and run campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, YouTube ads, and other platforms.
Create and execute performance-based campaigns (lead generation).
Plan semester-based or course-based promotional campaigns.
2. Social Media Management
Handle and grow social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Create engaging content relevant to distance education.
Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and lead inquiries.
3. SEO & Website Management
Optimize website pages for SEO to improve organic traffic.
Work with designers/developers to update course pages, landing pages, and lead forms.
Track website performance using Google Analytics/GA4.
4. Lead Generation & Student Acquisition
Create high-quality lead funnels for tele caller team.
Collaborate with the admissions/sales team to ensure lead quality.
Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, and campaign ROI.
5. Content & Branding
Develop content ideas for blogs, ads, videos, and course promotions.
Coordinate with designers for creatives and marketing materials.
Maintain consistent brand tone across digital channels.
6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing
Run engagement, promotional, and follow-up campaigns.
Segment student leads and plan regular nurturing sequences.
7. Reporting & Optimization
Track campaign performance using analytics dashboards.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
Suggest improvements based on data insights and trends.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SMM.
Experience in education marketing or EdTech (preferred).
Understanding of lead generation funnels and CRM handling.
Ability to create strategies for student enrollment growth.
Good communication and creative thinking skills.
Knowledge of tools:

Meta Business Suite
Canva / Adobe tools
CRM systems (HubSpot, Leadsquared, Zoho, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Business / IT.
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing (education domain preferred).
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing added advantage.
