Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.) Manage ad budgets with a strong focus on

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

,

ROAS

, and

conversion rates

Design and test creative variations for ads targeting stock market audiences Use A/B testing to improve landing pages and ad creatives Run retargeting campaigns and lookalike audiences to maximize lead quality Track and report on campaign performance, funnel conversion, and attribution Collaborate with the content and design teams to align messaging with campaign goals Stay updated with compliance and ad policy changes, especially in the finance category

Requirements

Proven experience in performance marketing (minimum 1 years) Hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads

Experience running lead generation campaigns for

financial services, stock market traiding, or fintech

is a major plus Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM systems

Knowledge of

SEBI guidelines

and ad compliance policies related to finance/stock market Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining lead quality

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with

email automation and funnel marketing

Basic understanding of trading and stock market
