We are hiring a Fresher

Digital Marketer

with a strong interest in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, and Graphic Designing. The ideal candidate should be creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about building engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter (X). You should be eager to learn, explore AI tools for content creation, and grow your career in the IT industry while working on exciting projects.

Key Skills We Are Looking For:

Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X). Ability to create engaging content for social media using AI tools. Basic graphic designing skills to create posts, carousel designs, and engaging visuals. Understanding of social media marketing strategies. Awareness of trending topics, new technology updates, and viral social media content. Knowledge of social media calendar planning for each platform. Basic knowledge of SEO optimization and PPC campaigns. Ability to edit, optimize, and repurpose content for different platforms. Prepare performance reports for each social media platform to track growth and improvement. Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages on social media platforms in a friendly and timely way. Do competitor analysis and basic market research to find new ideas and opportunities for better social media growth.
Requirements:

Candidates with

B.A, BBA, BJMC, or MBA

(any stream) who have a strong interest in

Digital Marketing

are welcome to apply. Fresher with strong interest in Social Media Marketing. Creativity and passion for content creation & digital growth. Ability to use AI tools for content writing, post ideas, and campaign support. Basic understanding of graphic designing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.). Good communication skills and ability to stay updated with social media trends. Excellent copywriting, creative thinking, and communication skills. Should have basic knowledge of PPC and Meta Ads.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
