Job Description

As a Digital Marketer, you will lead our online marketing initiatives from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will manage all digital platforms, including our website, social media, email campaigns, and PPC advertisements, while analysing data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and increase sales and brand awareness.

Campaign Management:

Lead SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Content & Social Media:

Manage content strategy and social media presence across various channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc).

Analytics & Reporting:

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Optimization:

Oversee website optimization (SEO) and manage email marketing campaigns.

On-Camera Content Creation:

Produce and feature in short-form social media videos to explain digital marketing concepts or promote brand initiatives.

Video Scripting & Storyboarding:

Write scripts specifically designed for self-presentation, ensuring the tone is authentic, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 1-2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM software. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills

On-Camera Presence:

Confident public speaking and hosting abilities, with a focus on clear articulation and engaging body language in a video format.

Mobile Video Production:

Proficiency in using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or InShot to edit self-recorded content for professional delivery.

Technical Setup:

Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio quality for creating high-quality video content from a home or office studio.
