We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO strategies.
Develop, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Implement SEO (on-page and off-page) strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and create detailed reports to track ROI and KPIs.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, running ads, and monitoring engagement metrics.
Design and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.
Develop lead generation campaigns and follow-up workflows to nurture and convert prospects.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing, including running paid ads and managing SEO strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising features.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
Creative thinking with strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
