2. Performance Marketing Execution
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (basic B2B lead gen campaigns)
Monitor and optimize
CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
Assist in budget pacing and daily performance monitoring
Test ad creatives, copies, formats, and audiences
3. Funnel & Landing Page Optimization
Work on landing pages for lead capture and product ordering
Optimize forms, CTAs, and messaging to improve conversion rates
Assist in A/B testing of ads and landing pages
Collaborate with design and content teams for creative execution
4. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign performance using:
Google Analytics (GA4)
Google Ads & Meta Ads dashboards
Support conversion tracking and pixel implementation
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Identify insights to improve campaign efficiency and lead quality
5. CRM & Marketing Automation Support
Ensure leads are captured correctly in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Assist in setting up basic automation workflows (email, retargeting)
Support lead nurturing and remarketing initiatives
Maintain clean data and lead tracking processes
6. Market & Growth Support
Assist in launching campaigns for new cities, regions, or product categories
Support seasonal and promotional campaigns (festivals, harvest cycles, demand spikes)
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, ad platform automation) to improve efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing
Basic to intermediate experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Understanding of lead generation funnels and performance metrics
Familiarity with GA4 and campaign reporting
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
Exposure to
B2B lead generation or local/regional marketing
Experience in
FMCG, food, agri, logistics, or e-commerce
Familiarity with landing page tools (Webflow, Unbounce, etc.)
