Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
Define digital marketing strategy aligned with business and sales objectives
Plan monthly and quarterly digital roadmaps for each business vertical
Identify suitable platforms, budgets, and campaign objectives
Decide campaign mix: paid ads, SEO, social media, content, branding
2. Paid Marketing & Performance Ownership
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, linked in Ads)
Monitor CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
Allocate and control ad budgets efficiently
Prepare performance reports and insights for management
3. Team Leadership & Monitoring
Guide and mentor the team.
Assign tasks, define weekly priorities, and track deliverables
Review team output for quality, consistency, and effectiveness
Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback for improvement
Ensure collaboration between digital team and sales teams
4. SEO & Content Oversight
Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, and traffic growth
Review content plans, landing pages, blogs, and creatives
Ensure SEO, social media, and paid campaigns are aligned
Coordinate website updates and landing page optimization
5. Branding & Online Presence
Maintain consistent brand tone across all digital platforms
Supervise creatives, videos, reels, and promotional content
Monitor Google reviews, online reputation, and brand mentions
Support new launches, offers, and promotional campaigns
6. Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
Align marketing campaigns with offers, pricing, and business goals
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies if required
