We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketer to manage and execute our online marketing campaigns. The role involves developing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions through various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic. Manage social media presence and create engaging content tailored to each platform. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and prepare reports on ROI and KPIs. Execute email marketing campaigns and manage subscriber lists. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to deliver impactful campaigns. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Social Media Executive, or similar role. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms. Creative thinking and strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website updates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
