Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Digital Marketer

with 8months to 2 years of

experience to lead our digital marketing initiatives. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content creation, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategy, along with strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute paid campaigns across

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

. Optimize ad performance based on data insights to improve ROI and reduce CPA. Monitor, track, and report key metrics using

Google Analytics

, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Design engaging ad creatives, social media posts, and campaign visuals using

Canva

. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting strategies to improve campaign performance. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

1 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related fields.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and other digital marketing tools.

Content Skills:

Experience in content creation, copywriting, and editing.

Social Media Expertise:

Hands-on experience in managing and growing social media platforms.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Creativity:

Strong creative thinking with an eye for design and innovation.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's Degree:

Preferred in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
