Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns

across various channels, including email, social media, paid search, display ads, SEO, and content marketing.

Manage social media presence

across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

Conduct market research

to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to optimize campaigns.

Analyze and report on campaign performance

using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights, adjusting strategies based on results.

Create engaging content

(blog posts, landing pages, ad copy, video scripts, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns

(Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring budget efficiency and high ROI.

Collaborate with the design and content teams

to create compelling visuals and messaging that resonate with target audiences.

Maintain the company website and blog

, ensuring SEO best practices are followed to improve organic search rankings and user experience.

Monitor industry trends and digital marketing innovations

, recommending new tools, strategies, and techniques to keep the company ahead of the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns. Expertise in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Strong understanding of

SEO

,

SEM

,

PPC

, and

social media advertising

strategies. Proficiency in

content creation

, including copywriting, blogging, and creating visual assets (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Knowledge of

email marketing

platforms and best practices for segmentation, automation, and optimization.

Analytical mindset

with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):



Experience with

eCommerce marketing
