Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing Executive
to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies, executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance, and driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for all social media channels.
Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages.
Optimize website and social media pages for SEO to improve search rankings and traffic.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (PPC, display, remarketing, social ads).
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI).
Work closely with the design and content teams to create impactful creatives, videos, and posts.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing funnels.
Build and grow online communities to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing and social media management.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, SEO tools).
Excellent understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
Strong copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
Knowledge of automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho.
Basic understanding of WordPress/Shopify or website CMS.
Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations.
