Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Digital Marketing Executive (Female)

with a

minimum of 2 years of experience

, capable of managing campaigns, content, and agency coordination. This is a

full-time in-house role

and not remote.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and email platforms. Collaborate with performance marketing and SEO agencies; manage inputs, track KPIs, and ensure campaign success. Create monthly marketing calendars, content ideas, and pitch campaign plans. Coordinate with design and product teams to create engaging visual and video content. Manage Instagram content, WhatsApp broadcasts, and email outreach for promotions and new launches. Work on influencer coordination, content shoots, and social engagement. Analyze and report campaign performance; suggest optimizations regularly.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of proven experience

in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or fashion. Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, Email tools, and CRM marketing. Confident in content writing, content planning, and team collaboration. Experience in coordinating content creation, model/influencer shoots, and promotions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be a

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
