Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage high-performing
Facebook ad campaigns
focused on lead generation.
Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize campaign results.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for better ROI and lower CPL.
Prepare reports on ad performance, insights, and recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copies.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in Facebook Ads lead generation campaigns.
Strong understanding of campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance optimization& Budget Scaling.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
