Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online sales.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
- Create visually appealing and engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Oversee the listing and management of products on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize product listings for search engines to increase visibility and sales.
- Monitor e-commerce platform analytics to track sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and optimized for SEO.
- Implement website updates and improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure marketing efforts comply with relevant guidelines.
- Collaborate with the product development team to effectively communicate product benefits and features to the target audience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and e-commerce management.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
