We are seeking a proactive and organized

Digital Marketer

to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing services and processes, along with experience managing both internal team members and external vendors. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple ongoing digital marketing projects from inception to completion Coordinate with internal team members to assign daily tasks, track deliverables, and monitor performance Oversee freelance and remote teams, including video editors, graphic designers, content writers, and more Develop project plans and timelines, maintain trackers, and ensure all deadlines are consistently met Serve as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals Proactively identify and resolve workflow or communication challenges across teams Provide regular progress updates to company leadership (daily or weekly as needed) Utilize tools such as Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar platforms for task management and reporting

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency environment Strong understanding of digital marketing services, such as social media management, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and content creation Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management and collaboration tools Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, creative, and deadline-driven environment
