Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management
Manage day-to-day activities on

Schedule posts, maintain content calendars, and ensure consistent brand tone and messaging.

Develop creative captions, hashtags, and storylines aligned with fashion and garment trends.
Stay updated on viral trends, influencer collaborations, and social media algorithms.
Plan campaign themes for festive seasons, launches, and brand storytelling.
3. Online Promotions & Advertising
Plan and execute

Optimize ad creatives, audiences, and budgets to achieve better ROI and reach.
Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
4. Website Traffic & Brand Visibility

Track website visits, clicks, and conversions using

Collaborate with the web team for landing page improvements and content updates.
5. Audience Engagement & Community Building
Engage actively with followers, influencers, and fashion communities.
Organize online contests, giveaways, and interactive campaigns.

6. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics for social platforms and ad campaigns.
Prepare reports on reach, engagement, followers, and website traffic growth.

Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field
.
2-4 years
of experience in
social media and digital marketing
, preferably in the
fashion or lifestyle industry

Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Photoshop
, and
Analytics tools

Strong understanding of
