Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and data-driven Digital Marketer

to manage and grow our brand's presence across social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing online marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on

Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels

to drive audience engagement, brand awareness, and website traffic.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management



Manage day-to-day activities on

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest

. Plan, create, and post engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) in line with brand aesthetics. Schedule posts, maintain content calendars, and ensure consistent brand tone and messaging. Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries to maintain audience engagement.

2. Content Creation & Strategy



Collaborate with the design and photography teams to create visually appealing and trendy digital content. Develop creative captions, hashtags, and storylines aligned with fashion and garment trends. Stay updated on viral trends, influencer collaborations, and social media algorithms. Plan campaign themes for festive seasons, launches, and brand storytelling.

3. Online Promotions & Advertising



Plan and execute

paid ad campaigns

on

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

,

Google Ads

, and other relevant platforms. Optimize ad creatives, audiences, and budgets to achieve better ROI and reach. Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

4. Website Traffic & Brand Visibility



Drive quality traffic to the company website through social media promotions and SEO-friendly content. Track website visits, clicks, and conversions using

Google Analytics

and

Meta Insights

. Collaborate with the web team for landing page improvements and content updates.

5. Audience Engagement & Community Building



Engage actively with followers, influencers, and fashion communities. Organize online contests, giveaways, and interactive campaigns. Build a loyal audience base through consistent engagement and personalized communication.

6. Analytics & Reporting



Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics for social platforms and ad campaigns. Prepare reports on reach, engagement, followers, and website traffic growth. Suggest data-backed strategies for brand improvement and digital reach.

Skills & Requirements



Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field

.

2-4 years

of experience in

social media and digital marketing

, preferably in the

fashion or lifestyle industry

. Hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Photoshop

, and

Analytics tools

. Strong understanding of

social media trends, fashion aesthetics, and content planning

. Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Growth in followers and engagement rate. Increase in website traffic and conversions from social media. ROI from paid campaigns. Brand visibility and online reputation.
