VFS Alliance is seeking an enthusiastic

Digital Marketing Intern

who will support our online marketing initiatives while also handling

outbound and inbound calling

for lead coordination. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in digital marketing, client communication, and lead management.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

Assist in managing social media platforms and posting content Support basic digital campaigns (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, etc.) Help with content coordination, captions, and creatives Track basic performance metrics and lead responses Assist in website, listing, or portal updates if required

Calling & Lead Handling Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital campaigns Handle inbound calls professionally and share accurate information Qualify leads and understand client requirements Schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team Maintain call records and lead status updates

Eligibility & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, ads, or content) Good verbal communication skills Confident in speaking with clients over phone Willingness to learn and take responsibility Basic computer and smartphone knowledge Freshers and students are welcome to apply
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,367.93 - ₹12,956.29 per month
