Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and affiliate channels.

Optimize campaigns for ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.

Strategize and manage fashion-based digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive e-commerce sales.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve performance.

Work with creative and content teams to develop compelling visual ads and product stories.

Manage SEO and SEM activities to enhance website ranking and traffic.

Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.

Stay updated on digital trends, influencer marketing, and new ad formats suitable for the fashion industry.

Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, festive campaigns, and seasonal promotions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2-5 years of proven experience in Digital or Performance Marketing, preferably in fashion / lifestyle / e-commerce.

Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools.

Understanding of consumer behaviour, fashion trends, and online shopping funnels.

Analytical mind-set with data-driven decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and creative coordination skills.

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
