The
Digital Marketer Executive
at CADCENTER Cochin is responsible for both
training students in digital marketing and implementing marketing strategies
to promote CADCENTER's courses. This role involves delivering high-quality training, developing digital marketing campaigns, generating leads, Tele calling and optimizing online presence to drive student enrolments and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:1. Training & Curriculum Development
Conduct
classroom and online training sessions
on
SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Web Analytics.
Design and update
course materials, training modules, and hands-on project assignments.
Provide students with
live project experience and campaign management
using
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Guide students in
building digital marketing portfolios, certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.), and career preparation.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute
SEO strategies, social media marketing, PPC campaigns, and content marketing
to enhance CADCENTER's digital presence.
Optimize the company's website for
higher search rankings and lead conversions.
Manage
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid promotions
to drive student enrolments.
3. Social Media & Content Marketing
Develop and manage engaging content across
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Create content for
blogs, newsletters, case studies, and email marketing campaigns.
Monitor social media trends and implement engagement strategies to attract potential students.
4. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
Develop and optimize
landing pages, lead funnels, and retargeting campaigns
to drive inquiries.
Track
lead conversion rates, ad performance, and customer engagement
to improve ROI.
Use
WhatsApp marketing and email automation
to nurture leads.
5. Student Mentorship & Performance Analysis
Assess student performance through
assignments, quizzes, and project evaluations.
Guide students on career opportunities, internships, and job placements.
Track and analyze
campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
Provide
weekly and monthly reports
to management with insights and improvement strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience
in
digital marketing, PPC, SEO, or training.
Freshers with strong
digital marketing knowledge
can also apply.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, PPC, Email Marketing, and Social Media Management.
Proficiency in
Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and other marketing tools.
Strong understanding of
lead generation, influencer marketing, and campaign management.
Soft Skills:
Tele calling skill
Excellent
presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
Ability to engage and
motivate students while driving business growth.
